Leadership & Advisory Model

DaRe2 is led by a Managing Director and supported by an Advisory Council and senior advisors who contribute technical expertise and strategic perspective.

Advisory Council members provide senior-level insight that strengthens the firm’s engagement priorities, standards of practice, and technical direction. This collaborative governance approach ensures that decisions about the work DaRe2 pursues and the expertise mobilized are guided by collective experience while maintaining clear leadership and strategic coherence.

The daisy in our logo honors the legacy of Weyzero/Mrs. Assegedtch Wolde—the grandmother who raised the founder of DaRe2—a woman of strength, faith, and grace whose life exemplified service to community and enduring resilience.
